Abstrak
Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam Revolusi Industri 4.0 mendorong organisasi untuk mengadopsi teknologi canggih guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing, seperti pada CV XYZ, sebuah entitas bisnis di industri distribusi yang masih mengandalkan sistem manajemen gudang berbasis Excel tradisional sehingga menimbulkan masalah seperti kesalahan pencatatan staff gudang dan keuangan, ketidakmampuan pelacakan inventaris real-time, tidak adanya verifikasi langsung ke manajemen dari staff gudang, laporan gudang terbatas, dan penyimpanan barang yang tidak terorganisir; penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Cloud-Based Warehouse Management System (WMS) berbasis website untuk mengevaluasi pengurangan kesalahan manusia serta peningkatan integrasi dan visibilitas real-time dengan metode Prototype melalui pendekatan Research and Development (R&D), di mana data dikumpulkan via observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan owner, manajer, staff gudang dan staff keuangan, serta studi pustaka, kemudian sistem dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi web dan diimplementasikan pada infrastruktur cloud untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas akses dan keamanan data, dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi implementasi meliputi infrastruktur cloud memadai, pengembangan bertahap, dan pelatihan pengguna, serta rekomendasi pengembangan seperti peningkatan sistem peringatan, perbaikan antarmuka, pengembangan mode offline, dan integrasi dengan proses bisnis utama

Abstract
The advancement of information technology in Industry 4.0 drives organizations to adopt sophisticated technologies to enhance productivity and competitiveness, as seen at CV XYZ, a distribution industry business entity still relying on traditional Excel-based warehouse management systems. This has led to issues including recording errors by warehouse and financial staff, inability to track inventory in real-time, lack of direct verification from warehouse staff to management, limited reporting capabilities, and disorganized storage. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a Cloud-Based Warehouse Management System (WMS) to evaluate human error reduction and improved real-time integration and visibility. Using a Prototype approach through Research and Development (R&D) methodology, data was collected via field observations, interviews with owners, managers, warehouse staff, and accounting personnel, along with literature reviews. The web-based system was developed and implemented on cloud infrastructure to enhance access flexibility and data security. Research results demonstrate an implementation strategy encompassing adequate cloud infrastructure, phased development, and user training, with recommendations for future enhancements including alert system improvements, interface optimization, offline mode development, and integration with core business processes.
