Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress Kerja dan kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai variable Intervening. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil sebanyak 140 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket dalam bentuk googel form kepada
karyawan perusahaan. Alat yang digunakan dalam uji statistic menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, stres kerja juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sementara kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh stres kerja maupun kompensasi terhadap turnover intention secara signifikan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa stres kerja dan kompensasi memengaruhi turnover intention secara langsung tanpa melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen stres dan pemberian kompensasi yang layak dalam menekan tingkat turnover intention karyawan.

This study aimed to determine the influence of work stress and compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research used was descriptive and verification research. The sampling technique
was carried out using the Slovin formula. In this study, a total of 140 employees were selected as samples. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to company employees. The statistical analysis tool used in this
research was SPSS 26. The results of the study showed that work stress had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, work stress also had a significant positive effect on turnover intention, whereas compensation had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. However, job satisfaction did not have a significant effect on turnover intention and did not significantly mediate the influence of work stress or compensation on turnover intention. Therefore, it was concluded that work stress and compensation directly influenced turnover intention without being mediated by job satisfaction. These findings highlighted the importance of stress management and proper compensation in reducing employee turnover intention.
