Abstract

Pengelolaan data rekam medis di banyak fasilitas layanan kesehatan tingkat pertama masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan media kertas atau aplikasi non-terintegrasi, seperti Microsoft Word dan Excel. Pendekatan ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, termasuk risiko kehilangan data, kesulitan dalam pelacakan riwayat medis, serta potensi kebocoran informasi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan rekam medis berbasis web dengan menerapkan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 128-bit guna meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi pengelolaan data medis. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Extreme Programming (XP), yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengujian Black Box dan White Box untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan kode sistem telah diimplementasikan secara tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyimpan dan mengelola data rekam medis secara lebih terstruktur serta menjaga kerahasiaannya melalui proses enkripsi. Data rekam medis terenkripsi secara acak di dalam basis data dalam bentuk ciphertext, sehingga tidak dapat dikenali tanpa proses dekripsi. Penerapan algoritma AES-128 terbukti dapat melindungi data agar hanya dapat diakses oleh pengguna yang memiliki otorisasi. Sistem ini berpotensi menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan keamanan informasi dan kualitas pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan.

Medical record management in many primary healthcare facilities is still carried out manually using paper or non-integrated applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. This approach leads to various problems, including the risk of data loss, difficulty in tracking medical history, and the potential leakage of patient information. This study aims to develop a web-based medical record management system by implementing the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 128-bit algorithm to enhance the security and efficiency of medical data management. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) approach, which includes planning, design, coding, and testing stages. Evaluation was conducted through Black Box and White Box testing to ensure that all functions operate as expected and the system code is properly implemented. The results indicate that the system is capable of storing and managing medical record data in a more structured manner while maintaining confidentiality through encryption. Medical record data is randomly encrypted in the database in the form of ciphertext, making it unreadable without the decryption process. The AES-128 algorithm has proven effective in securing data so that only authorized users can access it. This system has the potential to improve information security and the quality of healthcare services.
