Abstract
This study examines the effects of village apparatus competence, internal control systems, information technology utilization and prosocial behavior on the accountability of village fund management. The research was conducted using descriptive and verication methods. The population is all villages in the Ciawigebang, Lebakwangi and Cilimus Districts in Kuningan Regency as many as 50 villages. A total of 155 respondents were sampled. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with stratified random sampling, as not the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hypothesis testing with Bootstrapping shows that village apparatus competence, internal control systems, information technology utilization and prosocial behavior have a significant positive effect on village fund management accountability. The estimation results show that this model has a 70,4% predictive ability, while the remaining 29,6% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this research model.
