This study aims to examine and analyze: (1) the influence of company activity on financial performance, (2) the influence of accounts receivable turnover on financial performance, and (3) the influence of capital structure on financial performance. This research employs a quantitative approach. The population consists of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 14 companies that meet the specified criteria. The data used are secondary data obtained from company financial statements, collected through non-participatory observation. The analytical methods employed include descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using EVIEWS 9 as the analytical tool. The findings indicate that simultaneously, the variables of activity ratio, accounts receivable turnover, and capital structure significantly influence financial performance. Partially, the activity ratio does not have a significant effect on financial performance, whereas accounts receivable turnover has a significantly positive effect and capital structure has a significantly negative effect on financial performance.
