RESPON PERTUMBUHAN SEMAI TERHADAP PERBEDAAN JENIS TANAMAN DAN PUPUK PADA MEDIA TANAM BEKAS TAMBANG PASIR.

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi respon pertumbuhan tiga jenis tanaman Multi Purpose Tree Species (MPTS) terhadap penambahan jenis pupuk pada media tanah bekas tambang pasir. Ketiga jenis tanaman yang digunakan yaitu sirsak (Annona muricata), nangka (Artocarpus heterophyllus), dan kelor (Moringa oleifera). Perlakuan pupuk meliputi pupuk kandang, pupuk hayati AMF (Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi), dan kombinasi keduanya. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dua faktor dan dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor jenis tanaman berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, diameter batang dan panjang akar. Sedangkan jenis pupuk dan interaksi kedua faktor tidak berpengaruh nyata. Tingkat keberhasilan pertumbuhan semai MPTS mencapai 89%, dimana sirsak dan nangka menunjukkan keberhasilan pertumbuhan 100%, dan kelor berhasil tumbuh sebanyak 10 dari 15 individu. Nangka merupakan pilihan tanaman MPTS yang tepat untuk kegiatan rehabilitasi lahan bekas tambang pasir karena nangka menunjukkan hasil pertumbuhan terbaik pada media tanah bekas tambang pasir dengan tinggi yang konsisten pada setiap perlakuan dengan tinggi rata-rata ± 30 cm, memiliki diameter batang terbesar mencapai 1,7 cm dan memiliki panjang akar hingga 19 cm. Penambahan pupuk kandang merupakan pilihan terbaik untuk revegetasi lahan bekas tambang pasir karena juga memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada beberapa parameter pertumbuhan. Namun demikian, penambahan biofertilizer FMA saja dan kombinasi pupuk kandang dan FMA tidak direkomendasikan pada lahan bekas tambang pasir karena tidak memberikan hasil pertumbuhan yang nyata.
This study aims to evaluate the growth response of three types of Multi Purpose Tree Species (MPTS) plants to the addition of fertilizer types to former sand mining soil media. The three types of plants used were soursop (Annona muricata), jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus), and moringa (Moringa oleifera). Fertilizer treatments included manure, AMF (Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi) biological fertilizer, and a combination of both. The study used a two-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) and was analyzed using the ANOVA test. The results showed that the type of plant factor had a very significant effect on the growth of plant height, stem diameter and root length. While the type of fertilizer and the interaction of the two factors did not have a significant effect. The success rate of MPTS seedling growth reached 89%, where soursop and jackfruit showed 100% growth success, and moringa successfully grew as many as 10 out of 15 individuals. Jackfruit is the right choice of MPTS plant for rehabilitation activities of former sand mining land because jackfruit shows the best growth results in former sand mining soil media with consistent height in each treatment with an average height of ± 30 cm, has the largest stem diameter reaching 1.7 cm and has a root length of up to 19 cm. The addition of manure is the best choice for revegetation of former sand mining land because it also has the best effect on several growth parameters. However, the addition of AMF biofertilizer alone and a combination of manure and AMF are not recommended for former sand mining land because they do not provide real growth results.
