Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya perilaku keuangan guru yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat literasi keuangan, pendapatan, dan internal locus of control. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran literasi keuangan, pendapatan, internal locus of control dan perilaku keuangan guru, pengaruh literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan, pengaruh pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan, pengaruh internal locus of control berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan, moderasi internal locus of control pada pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan, dan moderasi internal locus of control pada pengaruh pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan guru SMP di Wilayah Kecamatan Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berjenis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori kepada sampel 172 orang guru SMP di wilayah Kecamatan Kuningan. Sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin dan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan menyebarkan angket yang dianalisis melalui regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, pendapatan dan internal locus of control memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan guru. Selain itu, internal locus of control terbukti memoderasi pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan guru SMP di Wilayah Kecamatan Kuningan.

The problem in this research is the low financial behavior of teachers, which can be influenced by the level of financial literacy, income, and internal locus of control. The aim of this study is to understand the overview of financial literacy, income, internal locus of control, and teachers' financial behavior; the influence of financial literacy on financial behavior; the influence of income on financial behavior; the influence of internal locus of control on financial behavior; the moderation of internal locus of control on the influence of financial literacy on financial behavior; and the moderation of internal locus of control on the influence of income on the financial behavior of junior high school teachers in Kuningan District. This study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verificative type, using an explanatory survey method with a sample of 172 junior high school teachers in Kuningan District. The sample was determined using Slovin’s formula and Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted through field research by distributing questionnaires, which were analyzed using moderated regression analysis. The results of the study show that financial literacy, income, and internal locus of control have a positive and significant influence on teachers' financial behavior. In addition, internal locus of control was proven to moderate the influence of financial literacy and income on the financial behavior of junior high school teachers in Kuningan District.
