Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh dari herding bias, conservatism bias dan gender terhadap keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gender memoderasi pengaruh herding bias dan conservatism bias terhadap keputusan investasi pada kelompok generasi Z di Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala interval. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis dan uji moderated regression analysis menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Herding bias berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. 2) Conservatism bias berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. 3) Gender tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi. 4) Gender tidak memoderasi pengaruh herding bias terhadap keputusan investasi. 5) Gender tidak memoderasi pengaruh conservatism bias terhadap keputusan investasi.

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of herding bias, conservatism bias and gender on investment decisions. This study also aims to determine how gender moderates the effect of herding bias and conservatism bias on investment decisions in the generation Z group in Kuningan Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the measurement used is an interval scale. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test and moderated regression analysis test using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Herding bias has a significant positive effect on investment decisions. 2) Conservatism bias has a significant positive effect on investment decisions. 3) Gender does not affect investment decisions. 4) Gender does not moderate the effect of herding bias on investment decisions. 5) Gender does not moderate the effect of conservatism bias on investment decisions.
