Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya masalah perilaku keuangan guru di SMAN 1 Kadugede. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan Literasi Keuangan, Internal Locus of Control, dan Perilaku keuangan, (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan dampak literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan, (3) Untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Internal Locus of Control terhadap perilaku keuangan, (4) Untuk menggambarkan peran Internal Locus of Control dalam memperkuat atau mengurangi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan Guru di SMAN 1 Kadugede. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 orang guru. Metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei lapangan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan Uji MRA melalui SPSS versi 27 for Windows. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan serta Locus of Control Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan para guru. Namun, Locus of Control Internal tidak secara signifikan memoderasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan guru SMAN 1 Kadugede. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Literasi keuangan dan Locus of Control Internal berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Guru di SMAN 1 Kadugede

The background of this research is the high problem of teachers' financial behaviour at SMAN 1 Kadugede. This study aims (1) To identify and describe Financial Literacy, Internal Locus of Control, and Financial behaviour, (2) To describe the impact of financial literacy on financial behaviour, (3) To explain the influence of Internal Locus of Control on financial behaviour, (4) To describe the role of Internal Locus of Control in strengthening or reducing the influence of financial literacy on the financial behaviour of Teachers at SMAN 1 Kadugede. This study uses quantitative descriptive method. The total population in this study was 58 teachers. The data collection method applied in this study was a field survey by distributing questionnaires which were analysed using the MRA test through SPSS version 27 for Windows. The findings of the study showed that financial literacy and Internal Locus of Control positively and significantly influenced the financial behaviour of teachers. However, Internal Locus of Control does not significantly moderate the effect of financial literacy on the financial behaviour of teachers of SMAN 1 Kadugede. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and Internal Locus of Control affect the Financial Behaviour of Teachers at SMAN 1 Kadugede.
