Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan apakah pola kelekatan orang tua dan anak di lingkungan perkotaan cenderung secure attachment, avoidant attachment, anxious attachment atau disorganized attachment dan penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola kelekatan orang tua dan anak dalam mempengaruhi tingkat regulasi emosi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumen. Validasi instrumen dilakukan melalui expert judgement. Subjek penelitian adalah anak/siswa, orang tua, guru dan tetangga siswa kelas IV dan V SD Negeri 4 Kuningan dengan jumlah 34 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik untuk menguji instrumen serta triangulasi data untuk menggabungkan dan menganalisis beberapa sumber yang ada. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa anak cenderung secure attachment sebesar 40%, anxious attachment sebesar 30%, avoidant attachment sebesar 30% dan disorganized attachment sebesar 0%. Hal ini sebabkan oleh ketidakstabilan pola kelekatan yang diberikan orang tua, karena dipengaruhi oleh tuntutan pekerjaan dan kurangnya dukungan sosial, sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat regulasi emosi siswa. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan, bahwa terdapat pengaruh pola kelekatan orang tua dan anak terhadap tingkat regulasi emosi siswa. Tingkat regulasi emosi siswa dikategorikan sedang, semakin sedang pola kelekatan orang tua dan anak, maka semakin sedang pula tingkat regulasi emosi siswa.

This study was conducted to describe whether the attachment patterns of parents and children in urban environments tend to be secure attachment, avoidant attachment, anxious attachment or disorganized attachment and this study also aims to describe the attachment patterns of parents and children in influencing the level of student emotional regulation. This study uses a qualitative approach using survey method. Data collection technigues are carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documents. Instrument validation is carried out through expert judgment. The subjects of the study were children/students, parents, teachers and neighbors of grade IV and V students of SD Negeri 4 Kuningan with a total of 34 respondents. This study uses triangulation teachniques to test instrument and data triangulation and analyze several existing sources. The results of the study show that child tend to have secure attachment of 40%, anxious attachment 30%, avoidant attachment 30% and disorganized attachment 0%. This is due to the instability of the attachment pattern given by parents, because they are influenced by work demands and lack of social support, thus affectibg the leve of studebt emotional regulation. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of parent-child attachment patternts on the level of student emotional regulation. The level of students emotional regulation is moderate, the more moderate the parent-child attachment pattern, the moderate the leve students emotional regulation.
