Abstract

Modul ajar merupakan salah satu perangkat ajar yang digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar . Pendidik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar perlu menyusun modul ajar yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan oleh pesera didik. Salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki peserta didik adalah kemampuan literasi matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan, kevalidan dan kepraktisan modul ajar bentuk aljabar dengan model problem based learning untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan literasi matematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Four D, yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahap pendefinisian, tahap perancangan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap penyebaran. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 23 orang peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Cibeureum yang dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025.Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa catatan lapangan, dokumentasi, lembar validasi, lembar angket respon pendidik dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Data yang diperoleh akan menghasilkan data proses pengembangan, data kevalidan, data kepraktisan modul ajar dan data tes kemampuan literasi matematis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil validasi penelitian menunjukan kelayakan modul ajar memiliki rata-rata dari ketiga validator yaitu 86,01 % dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan modul ajar berdasarkan angket respon pendidik sebesar 96% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan kepraktisan modul ajar berdasarkan angket respon peserta didik sebesar 80,4 % dengan kategori praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menghasilkan modul ajar bentuk aljabar model problem based learning untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan literasi matematis teruji kevalidan dan kepraktisannya.

Teaching modules are one of the teaching tools used in teaching and learning activities. Educators in carrying out teaching and learning activities need to develop teaching modules that are tailored to the abilities required by students. One of the abilities that students must have is mathematical literacy skills. This research aims to describe the development process, validity and practicality of algebra teaching modules using a problem based learning model to facilitate mathematical literacy skills. This research uses the Four D development model, which consists of 4 stages, namely the definition stage, design stage, development stage and deployment stage. The subjects of this research consisted of 23 students in class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Cibeureum which was carried out in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The instruments used in this research were field notes, documentation, validation sheets, teacher response questionnaire sheets and participant response questionnaire sheets. educate. The data obtained will produce development process data, validity data, practicality data for teaching modules and mathematical literacy test data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the research validation show that the feasibility of the teaching module has an average of 86.01% from the three validators, with a very valid category. The practicality of the teaching module based on the teacher response questionnaire was 96% in the very practical category and the practicality of the teaching module based on the student response questionnaire was 80.4% in the practical category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that this research produces an algebraic teaching module with a problem based learning model to facilitate mathematical literacy skills that have proven their validity and practicality.
