Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk kimia secara terus menerus dalam jangka waktu lama dapat menyebabkan penurunan kesuburan tanah. Hal ini mengakibatkan menurunnya produktivitas lahan. Mikoriza berpotensi digunakan sebagai solusi masalah ini. Salah satu daerah yang memiliki kelimpahan spora tinggi adalah Taman Nasional Gunung Ciremai (TNGC). Untuk memanfaatkan potensi tersebut maka dilakukan perbanyakan dengan menggunakan media organik dengan metode pemerangkapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial. Faktor percobaan yang digunakan adalah tanaman inang sengon (Albizia chinensis) dan kacang ruji (Pueraria javanica) sebagai faktor pertama. media pembawa zeolit, cocopeat, sekam padi bakar, arang dan pasir sebagai faktor kedua. Parameter yang dihitung adalah jumlah spora dari setiap perlakuan. Hasil analisis hasil pemerangkapan menunjukkan 3 jenis spora yaitu Glomus sp, Gigaspora sp dan Acaulospora sp. Jenis Glomus mendominasi pada setiap media tanam. Analisis of variance (ANOVA) menunjukkan bahwa tanaman inang tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata dan interaksi antara media pembawa dan tanaman inang menunjukkan hal yang sama. Secara independen, media tanam memiliki pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap jumlah spora. Jumlah spora tertinggi terdapat pada media zeolit ​​yaitu 73 spora/50g dan terendah pada media cocopeat yaitu 45 spora/50g. Tingkat infeksi tertinggi terdapat pada akar tanaman inang kacang ruji yaitu 74% dan terendah terdapat pada akar tanaman inang sengon yaitu 50%. Penggunaan berbagai media sangat mempengaruhi jumlah populasi mikoriza.

Continuous use of chemical fertilizers over a long period of time can cause a decrease in soil fertility. This results in decreased land productivity. Mycorrhiza has the potential to be used as a solution to this problem. One of the areas that has a high abundance of spores is Mount Ciremai National Park (TNGC). To utilize this potential, propagation is carried out using organic media with the trapping method. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD). The experimental factors used were sengon host plants (Albizia chinensis) and kacang ruji (Pueraria javanica) as the first factor. zeolite carrier media, cocopeat, burnt rice husks, charcoal and sand as the second factor. The parameters calculated were the number of spores from each treatment. The results of the analysis of the trapping results showed 3 types of spores, namely Glomus sp, Gigaspora sp and Acaulospora sp. Glomus type dominates in each planting medium. Analysis of variance showed that the host plant did not have a significant effect and the interaction between the carrier media and the host plant showed the same thing. Independently, the planting medium has a very real influence on the number of spores. The highest number of spores was found in zeolite media 73 spores/50g and the lowest in cocopeat media 45 spores/50g. The highest infection rate was 74% in the roots of the host plant, the ruja bean, and the lowest was 50% in the roots of the sengon host plant.. The use of various media greatly influences the number of mycorrhizal populations.
